Open Positions
- Full-Time Intake Coordinator in the office M-F 8-4:30p
- Per Diem Outpatient Clinician, Telehealth, flexible schedule
Intake Coordinator
- Complete intake assessments for incoming clients for our Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Therapy programs.
- Collect all necessary documentation from referral sources, clients and other support networks during the admission process.
- Maintain the intake database.
- Work with the clinical staff to coordinate care plans, facilitate discharge meetings with clients/parents and assist in completing the client/parent satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain client records and documentation in accordance with quality assurance and HIPAA compliance standards.
- Collaborate with other clinicians as well as Kiwi Recovery LLC management to provide quality care to clients. Participate in collaborative projects and meetings as needed.
- Master’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health or substance abuse-related setting; minimum of 2 years in a clinical capacity.
Outpatient Clinician
(per-diem/part-time & full-time)
Job Summary:
The Outpatient Clinician will be responsible for providing therapy to our clients within the PHP and IOP Programs as well as external referrals for individual and family therapy. The clinician will work closely with our therapists to provide quality care to the clients and families we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family therapy to clients in a private practice setting.
- Work with the Clinical Director to develop and facilitate outpatient therapy groups.
- Maintain client records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA and quality assurance regulations.
- Collaborate with other clinicians as well as Kiwi Recovery LLC management to provide quality care to clients.
- Participate in collaborative projects and meetings as needed.
- Provide consultation services to individuals and families in the community.
- Participate in staff development initiatives and professional development events as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current research related to psychotherapy and substance use/mental health care
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Education: Masters or Doctoral degree from an accredited program.·
Licensure: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, Psy.D, LMFT, or PhD.
