Everyone gets a recap of the day: What did you do well today, what are you still struggling with, what are we going to do tomorrow? If there's anything concerning, we address it before you leave to ensure you have a plan and that you're safe enough to go home.
Adaptive Coping Skills Group
Using a variety of expression forms like dance, movement, drama, art, you’ll learn how to express yourself in ways that feel good. This brings awareness to both your body and mind, connecting everything together holistically while building healthy ways to manage and express emotions.
School Success Plan
By addressing barriers at school, we build skills to manage mental health challenges. We work on strategies for handling peer pressure, school expectations, and triggers in the classroom. Academic goals are built directly into each student’s treatment plan.
Nutritional Support
You can't feel safe if you're hungry. We make sure everyone has access to food without having to ask for it. Plus, everything is free of charge. Proper nutrition shouldn't be a barrier to your recovery and healing process.
Skills Development

This is your time to focus entirely on what's going on for you and figure out what changes you want to make moving forward — with a caring guide.
Intentions Check-In
We give each client space to check in about their baseline emotions: Have you slept, did you eat, what do you need to be successful today? It’s a snapshot of where everyone is and an assessment of their needs and risks that day.
School Avoidance
We work with families to understand why their child has built resistance and work through it, together.
